Managing Saved Medications

Cattle360 lets you save the medications you use regularly — along with their booster and withdrawal intervals — so you don’t have to re-enter that information every time you log a treatment.

How to Access Your Medication List

1. Click Settings in the navigation menu.
2. Select Medications.

The Medications page lists every medication you’ve saved, with columns for Name, Booster (days), and Withdrawal (days).

Adding a Medication

1. Click Add Medication.
2. Fill in the details:
   • Name — The medication or vaccine name (e.g., “Draxxin (Tulathromycin)”). Required.
   • Booster in (days) (optional) — How many days after the treatment date a booster dose is due.
   • Withdrawal period (days) (optional) — How many days after the treatment date the withdrawal period ends.
   • Reference (optional) — Where these values came from (e.g., the product label or a URL), for your own future reference.
3. Click Save.

Editing or Deleting a Medication

1. On the Medications page, find the medication and open its Actions menu.
2. Choose Edit to update its name or intervals, or Delete to remove it from the list.
3. Deleting asks you to confirm, since it can’t be undone.

How Booster and Withdrawal Dates Are Calculated

When you select a saved medication on a treatment, Cattle360 calculates:

• Booster Date = Date Administered + Booster (days)
• Withdraw Date = Date Administered + Withdrawal (days)

Both dates can still be adjusted by hand on the treatment if your situation calls for it.

Tips

• Confirm values before relying on them. Saved booster and withdrawal intervals are typical label values you enter yourself — they are not a substitute for checking your product’s actual label.
• Build your list up front. Adding your common vaccines and medications ahead of a working session makes chute-side treatment logging faster.
• Use the Reference field. Note the label or source you used so you can double-check it later if dosing guidance changes.
