Viewing Day Details

Day cells only have room for a few event chips. To see everything scheduled on a given day — and to open any of those events — click the day to bring up its detail view.

Opening a Day

Click (or tap) any day on the calendar. A panel opens showing the full date and everything happening that day.

What the Day Detail Shows

  • Rainfall summary — when rain was logged, the average inches across your pastures and how many pastures reported.
  • Every event for the day — each one shows its title, an optional subtitle with extra detail (priority and status, pasture, buyer, amount, and so on), and a label for its type.
  • “No activity on this day” — shown when nothing is scheduled and no rain was logged.

Only event types you currently have enabled appear here, matching the filter chips above the grid.

Jumping to an Event

Click any event in the day detail to go straight to the screen it comes from — the Tasks page, the Calving screen, the financial ledger, a pasture, or a grazing rotation — where you can review or act on it.

Tips

  • Use the day view to reach hidden events. Anything behind a “+N more” chip on the grid is listed in full here.
  • It’s the fastest way to act. Open the day, find the calving or task you need, and click through to handle it.
