Vaccinations Report

The Vaccinations report lists every vaccination and treatment record on file, filtered by whichever animals you care about. It is the history report — what you gave, to whom, and when.

How to Run It

  1. Go to Reports and click Vaccinations.
  2. Click Edit Criteria and set your filters.
  3. Click Run Report.

Columns

ColumnWhat it shows
Ear TagWhatever your account identifies animals by.
Date AdministeredWhen the treatment was given.
MedicationWhat was given.
DosageHow much.
Withdraw DateThe withdrawal date recorded on the treatment, if any.
Booster DateThe booster date recorded on the treatment, if any.
CommentsWhatever was typed on the treatment.

Rows are ordered by animal, then by date administered, newest first — so each animal’s treatments read as a history.

What Is Included

  • One row per treatment, not per animal. An animal treated four times appears on four rows.
  • Every treatment, with no date cut-off. The report does not limit itself to recent records — use the criteria to narrow it.
  • All treatments, not just vaccinations. Anything recorded on the Health screen appears here, whatever it was called.

Reading It

The At a glance metrics and the Patterns & breakdowns charts are the fastest way in — they break the results down by medication and by when treatments were given, which is how you spot that half the herd got one product and the rest got another.

What to Use It For

  • Proving a protocol was followed — for a buyer, a program, or a vet.
  • Checking coverage before a working. Filter to a group and see who has had what.
  • Reviewing a product. Run the whole herd and use the breakdown by medication to see how widely something was used.

Related Reports

  • Withdrawal / Waiting Period — the same treatment data, narrowed to animals still inside a withdrawal.
  • Booster & Treatment Due — the same data, looking forward at what is due.

Those two answer “what now?”; this one answers “what happened?”.

Tips

  • Filter to a group or pasture. One row per treatment means a whole-herd run over several years is a very long report.
  • Blank withdraw and booster dates are normal — they are only filled in when they were recorded on the treatment. If they matter to you, record them as you go; see Tracking Withdrawal and Booster Dates.
